What can I expect during a treatment?
Ziggie will examine your face and give you her expert advice on the best plan for you to look your best and age well. When you first arrive you will have a consultation to establish your goals for the treatment, followed by the hands on treatment and at the end of each session you will receive instruction on a couple of techniques to try at home to extend the benefits of your session. So your 75, 90, 120 min booking includes all elements which makes up the session.
Each Zone Face Lift treatment is bespoke, completely customised to best serve each client, and combines a deeply restorative experience with an insightful reading of reflex points on the face, thus creating the perfect result with a glowing healthy looking complexion, beginning with the first treatment. 4) Energy Medicine + Zone Face Lift
Full Day Retreat - One-To-One
This transformational day incorporates a fusion of shamanic ancient healing practices and all of the Zone Face Lift techniques which are customised for each client. This psychospiritual journey is not just about lifting the face and spirit but also the soul. Working with energy zones in the entire body the aim is to unblock and elevate the energy systems of the physical, emotional and spiritual plains. Using an intricate mapping system where different areas such as the scalp, face, hands and feet have a mapping system that reflexologists believe are aligned with organs and the systems of the body. There are short breaks during the day to reflect and feedback and you will be served a delicious vegan lunch to nourish full of antioxidants. The session aims to unblocked the flow of energy in the body restoring a sense of health and wellbeing.
We are all made up of pure energy, and in a healthy body, the bio magnetic frequency is around 60 – 75 Hz discovered by the German physician Heinrich Herz. Ziggie uses healing bells resonating at this same frequency around or on the body to help reset the bodies frequency which triggers the bodies own healing mechanisms. * This treatment is not a substitute for seeking medical treatment.
